Cancellation Policy

Please note that by making a booking with Michelle and/or paying a security deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the client who pays the security deposit to understand, agree and be responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions and making all relevant payments. Payments Once a booking date and price have been agreed between the parties, you are required to pay a $100 security deposit which will be deducted from the total cost of the booking and will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances. The outstanding balance can be paid in cash on the day or via direct debit at least two weeks prior. Please note that Michelle does not hold any bookings for clients that have not paid their security deposit. Timing Michelle will notify you of her arrival time one to two weeks prior to the booking. Adhering to booking times is critical to ensure that Michelle is able to perform her services effectively. Therefore, should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on you to advise Michelle as soon as possible. Michelle is not responsible if your desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays. Health and Safety Michelle and her assistants are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on you to give Michelle advanced notice if you or any of your group or wedding party have particular hypersensitivity to any makeup products. Michelle and her assistants do not accept liability for any claims arising out of the misuse, allergic reactions, or any injury suffered as a result of the consenting use of the products and equipment provided by Michelle. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release Michelle and her assistants from all liability if such a situation should arise. Michelle and her assistants reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to stop work if any clients display antisocial behaviour, contagious viral symptoms, or any other behaviour/symptoms that make them feel unsafe or uncomfortable. For their own safety, children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Michelle and her assistants accept no liability from any claims arising from any injury sustained by a child while in the service area.
